Headquartered in San Diego, California, we have locations across the country and a global staff of over 350 experienced professionals to meet the needs of our patients.
The RoleReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, with dotted line support from the VP of Clinical and Strategic Accounts, the Sales Director, Strategic Accounts will successfully sell the BetterNight end-to-end value proposition to senior medical, operational, and financial executives within new and existing targeted health systems and large multi-centered specialty clinics.
The Sales Director, Strategic Accounts will partner with the extended BetterNight team that includes sales, marketing, product development, and operations to help close targeted accounts as efficiently as possible, and to increase revenue while minimizing operational challenges.
We need you to:
Successfully execute BetterNight sales campaigns into targeted accounts to meet or exceed assigned revenue quota for BetterNight's end-to-end sleep solution
Successfully manage a complex enterprise sales process within health systems and large multi-centered specialty clinics that includes selling a strategic vision and associated change management to top medical, financial, and operational systems
Possess a deep operational understanding of existing sleep solution delivery processes within target customer and target base and thoroughly understand the "as-is" process
Successfully define and sell the future process to assuage change management concerns and bridge communication between the client and BetterNight to drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction for all constituencies
Leverage strong sleep knowledge and the experience necessary to win over the hearts and minds of middle-level prospective referring providers who cannot say "yes", but could say "no"
Effectively manage existing and prospective industry partnerships to advance BetterNight's objectives
Qualify prospective opportunities to ensure alignment with BetterNight objectives and the most efficient use of BetterNight resources
Track business development efforts using Sugar CRM, Excel, Clarity, Brightree and other software programs as required
Champion new offerings such as Hospital to Home, perioperative, cardiology etc.
Responsible for managing business objectives and meeting revenue targets including new contracts plus growth and maintaining current contracts
Provide input to the Marketing department to develop appropriate sales materials
Represent the Company at medical and business conferences as required
Make compelling presentations and demonstrations

Requirements:Qualifications:
Experience with identifying and securing large key accounts within the targeted customer base
A minimum of 5 years current experience identifying, securing, and managing relationships and key accounts within the DME/Clinic market
Clinical background such as RT, RN, RPSGT is helpful but not required
Intermediate MS Office computer skills required
Experience working with a CRM, Sugar CRM preferred
Must have a valid, appropriate driver's license and insurance
Up to 50% travel is required, ability to travel by car, plane, etc with overnight stays
