    Description

    WeStock is a venture-funded, fast-growing startup, looking for a Sales Director who understands how to sell software to CPG brands across multiple verticals (F&B, pet, health, etc).

    The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who can convert and develop strong customer relationships.

    We are seeking someone to help us hit aggressive monthly targets and convert larger ACV accounts for WeStock.

    This is the perfect role for a seasoned account manager or sales director looking to take that next step and build a sales team and process for a fast-moving SaaS startup. We are looking for individuals who have seen what success looks like in previous companies and understands how to scale a company at our stage.

    About The Role:

    You will drive the day-to-day sales execution of the company to help exceed the business performance targets at WeStock. You will be in charge of hitting our quarterly revenue milestones, scaling our processes, and building our sales team.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and execute sales outreach to larger clients
    • Drive efforts for our aggressive revenue growth goals in 2024 and beyond
    • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
    • Focus on prospecting and the conversion of larger customers
    • Identify new verticals for WeStock to grow in
    • Sales pipeline management in Hubspot
    • Work closely with our leadership team on pricing
    • Manage our team of account executives

    Qualifications

    • 4+ years of SaaS sales experience selling to this ICP
    • Existing relationships in the space that you could maximize in the first 6 months
    • Ability to prospect larger accounts
    • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with the customer
    • Ability to build strong personal relationships
    • Self-starter, result-oriented, high energy, adaptable, and inquisitive
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience building an effective sales funnel and process
    • Ability to run a successful sales demo
    • Preference toward candidates in NY, NJ, or CT.
    • Experience in closing six-figure deals consistently
    • Experience selling to data and marketing decision-makers
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong technical skills
    • Knowledge of Hubspot
    • Ability to thrive in a remote team environment
