- Develop and implement strategies and tactics to achieve the sales revenue goals of the company.
- Exhibit and sustain a thorough understanding of advertising and media markets, trends, and technological advancements.
- Utilize CRM, financial reporting software, and data analysis to monitor sales team performance metrics and drive revenue growth.
- Employ data resources to evaluate the business, pinpoint potential opportunities, and execute the annual revenue plan.
- Collaborate in setting revenue targets and devising strategies for sales team members, ensuring their performance aligns with or exceeds set goals.
- 6+ years of direct media sales experience with 4+ years of experience managing a successful sales team.
- The ability to collaborate with the sales team five days a week in-office.
- Open to relocation to be in their office located in Minneapolis 5 days a week.
- Ability to travel 25%-50%.
