About Larissa Dixon:

Director with over 20 year's of operational/analytical experience in market research, digital media, data analytics and Product Management.

Though I was an English Major wanting to be a copy editor, I very quickly learned the Digital Media industry when I joined Comscore in 2003. Over the course of my almost 20 years of experience, I would categorize my understanding into three areas Knowledge/Skillset and Culture.

Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of evolving methodologies supporting Desktop, Mobile, CTV, Video products
• Integral Knowledge of Comscore Taxonomy
• QA/Data Analysis (reviewing/understanding/identifying/resolving issues)
• Operational experience managing 30+ monthly product releases 
• Strong experience working with Product Management (Inception/Design/Testing/Release) 
• Experience with training, documentation & mentoring
• HTML/JSON/XML/Javascript and how websites use these technologies

Skillset:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Scrum Process
• SQL – Basic Knowledge
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/PowerPoint etc.)
• Good project management and time management skills; able to prioritize and simultaneously work on 
multiple projects
• Proprietary Internal Tools (SSRS, CFD Database/Pinnacle Systems)

Culture:
• I have been able to create lasting relationships with all members of my team (Junior to Senior) and have worked seamlessly with them over 2 decades. I learnt the team’s strengths/weaknesses and supported members through collaborative efforts. I continuously looked for opportunities to strategically realign my team to maximize efficiency, foster career path development and create an environment that allowed members to grow and see the big picture. 

• I have a proven track record of working well with other teams (Product Management/Engineering/Client Teams/Sales Teams/Operations). My goal has always been to improve the organization in as many areas as possible (products/automations/methodologies/documentation).
