    Description

    Street Diligence is seeking a skilled and results-driven professional for a dynamic new business sales role. We're looking for a standout candidate with significant sales experience in the alternative investment or private credit markets. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their deal negotiation processes and due diligence workflow, and effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to proactively generate revenue from new business opportunities across North America and Europe.

    Responsibilities for Director, Sales:

    • Proactively source and hunt for new sales leads, meticulously building and managing a robust pipeline.
    • Drive full sales lifecycle, seamlessly navigating from prospecting to close.
    • Strategically sell our SaaS products across diverse use cases by effectively communicating their mission-critical impact on business operations.
    • Conduct product demos, leveraging your expertise to educate potential clients on our value proposition.
    • Thrive in a high-growth environment alongside a small, high-performing team of professionals.
    • Actively maintain accurate and up-to-date activities and client information in our CRM.

    This role is for you if you are/have:

    • At least 5 years of experience in sales/business development with a history of driving revenue within the financial services industry.
    • Hands-on experience collaborating with clients in the capital markets or fintech sectors.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and history of navigating internal client structures.
    • A goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker.
    • A demonstrable and creative problem-solving approach.
    • BA/BS degree (or relevant work experience).

    Compensation: The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - $125,000 and depends on a variety of factors including experience, skill level, and qualifications.
