    While one of our co-founders previously built a unicorn healthcare startup, BIOVERSE is a lean, flat culture where everyone's perspective is valued. We are working hard to ensure patients can access high-quality longevity treatments anywhere. This means working Monday through Friday in the office. Hours tend to be longer than at most companies because we work hard to serve our patients and ensure that we can achieve our mission to improve health span and longevity.

    Our culture is focused on what we can do to serve our patients. All full-time team members will be equity holders in the business, as we firmly believe that all team members should be literal and figurative owners in what we are building.

    We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Associate. This is a full-time and in-person position located in New York. If you are looking for a remote or hybrid position, this is not the right fit for you.

    What will you do:

    • You will be responsible for building the product alongside the rest of the team. You will work with the current team of 4-5 people, including the cofounder. This team will scale quickly, but you will be one of its earliest members.
    • You will be the first and only operations hire, which means that you will be responsible for executing and building processes for various areas, including revenue cycle management process development, customer service, acquisitions of various relevant certifications, development of standard operating procedures, hiring clinical staff, and more.
    • You will participate in daily standup meetings with the team and hold yourself accountable to aggressive timelines for the buildout of various materials and processes.
    • You will need to be prepared to move quickly, iterate often, and be open to new ideas and experimentation.
    • To thrive in this role, you must love learning and adaptation. Your primary partner will be the Co-Founder/CEO. As the organization scales, you will have the opportunity to develop alongside it and, if you so choose, into a leadership position. This will not need to be decided on Day 1 and will be an evolving conversation between you and the Co-Founder/CEO.
    • You will support managing pharmacy partners with a high level of attention to detail and focus on setting up scalable processes, and closely with the CEO to implement and maintain efficient operational processes.
    • You will analyze data as needed for important aspects of business and clinical care delivery and complete ad hoc requests and projects as needed.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree.
    • At least 2+ years experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
    • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
    • A willingness to take on varied tasks with a positive attitude
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong desire to be a part of a fast-paced startup
    • Able to work onsite in New York City
    • Legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
