Overview

Responsibilities

  • Greets members and checks in guests promptly and enthusiastically with a smile
  • Maintains a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, develops relationships with members
  • Welcomes new members and assists with office onboarding and offboarding
  • Handles member requests and resolves complaints in a timely and communicative manner
  • Schedules conference rooms for members, and sets up and breaks down conference rooms and refreshes rooms as needed
  • Handles mail and packages for members and hand delivers them to offices
  • Maintains safe, clean, organized, and wellstocked spaces by conducting regular walk throughs
  • Sets up, replenishes, and maintains kitchen and coffee stations
  • Monitors public areas, including printing area, internet, elevator and security features
  • Provides tours of spaces as needed, and can follow up on sales related inquiries

About You
Please reach out if the following describes you, we'd love to meet you

  • College graduate with a 4 year degree preferred, but not required
  • Hospitality, customer service, and coworking experience strongly preferred
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including closing, opening, and occasional Saturdays
  • Experience working with Google Drive, CRM systems, and scheduling / billing software
  • Strong organizational skills, comfortable multitasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated and confident in your ability to learn anything
  • Technically savvy and knowledgeable of latest workplace technologies
  • Ability to bend, move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 20 pounds
  • Multilingual a plus

$ $24.00 per hour
