Responsibilities:


  • Assist with compliance surveillance
  • Review reports and distribution
  • Support the operations team with administration
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide support in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Assist with the coordination of external audits and examinations.
  • Ability to learn backoffice systems and external vendor platforms

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and GAAS (Generally Accepted Auditing Standards).
  • Familiarity with FINRA and SEC regulations is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Opportunity to obtain industry licensing; SIE, Series 7, 63, 24
