As an
Operations Associate, you are the face of our office and the liaison between patients and providers, providing essential support and assistance.

Your ability to work collaboratively with others and your commitment to delivering exceptional patient care will be crucial.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Engage with and understand our clients, including discovering and responding to needs through clear and pleasant communication
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Proficiency in computer technology such as screensharing, creating and editing PDFs and Word documents, navigating patient appointment platforms and using multiple software systems simultaneously
  • Available to work one weekend a month
  • Love working as a team in a fastpaced work environment
  • Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work

What you'll likely work on

  • Handle patient requests and calls, including insurance verification, appointment scheduling, ensuring patient records are accurate and up to date, and following up with patients to remind them of upcoming appointments or to communicate important information from their providers
  • Assisting providers with prior authorizations, referrals, medical leave paperwork and forms, troubleshooting telehealth connection issues, and solving any medication issues with pharmacies
  • Contribute to a tightknit team dynamicwe work remotely but collaborate closely by working together online and talking to each other every day to tackle tasks efficiently and effectively

$48,000.00 per year
