Investment Operations Associate (Hybrid Role)

NOTE:

_This is a hybrid role (65% in-office/35% work from home); however, initial training and the first 90-days will require in-office work.

_

Compensation and Benefits:

Ø Base Salary:
$70,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience and licensing

Ø Employee Health Insurance

Ø Workers Comp and NYS Short-Term Disability Insurance

Ø PTO, Vacation, Paid Holidays

Ø Provide concierge service to all clients

Ø Client meeting prep for the Advisor

Ø Follow up after Advisor's client meetings

Ø Closing meeting for new clients: onboarding and other instructions and forms per case notes

Ø 529 Accounts:
establishing new accounts and appropriately moving money for tuition payments to schools

Ø Account Openings:
gathering information, on boarding process, DocuSign and Home Office communication

Ø Account Funding:
Acat transfers, 401k transfer, ACH form bank account into taxable accounts, etc.

Ø Other administrative duties as need: beneficiary and bank account changes, monthly contributions to accounts, etc.

Ø Maintain strong compliance documentation and keep all client information confidential

Qualifications:

Ø Bachelor's Degree (
required)

Ø Series 6/63 (
required)

Ø Proficiency a
MUST in:
Outlook and Excel

Ø Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience in financial planning/wealth management operations

Ø Highly skilled in verbal and written communication

Ø Capacity to stay highly organized at all times without sacrificing accuracy

Ø Impeccable work ethic and stellar team player attitude
