    Description

    Associate Wealth Management Advisor

    Role

    The Investment Operations Associate/Associate Wealth Management Advisor (AWMA) is a support role focusing on risk and investment. This crucial position in the firm will oversee the client experience with a deep understanding of financial planning. The associate maintains an efficient, organized, compliant office and liaises between the home office, financial advisor, and clients. The ideal candidate will have superb organization, exceptional attention to detail, and high ownership of responsibilities.

    Support


    • Monitoring, processing, and following up on asset transfers and initial and subsequent funding of advisory accounts.


    • Implementing initial and subsequent asset allocation trades.


    • Identifying the need for switch letters and mailing appropriate forms to clients.


    • Discuss potential rollover opportunities from other retirement plans for variable and mutual funds.


    • Processing proposal amendments, monitoring alerts, and annual reviews in Envestnet.


    • Executed buy or sell orders, rebalanced orders in Envestnet, and maintained asset allocation.


    • Following up on trade rejects and resolving all trade-related issues.


    • Monitoring holdings for program eligibility and administering advisory accounts.


    • Maintain financial representative's calendar and schedule follow-up appointments.


    • Answer and direct telephone calls as appropriate.


    • Maintain supplies of current insurance/investment-related marketing materials


    • Contact clients to set up follow-up meetings, Monitor Daily Status Reports (DSR), and expedite any additional underwriting requirements.


    • Arrange medical, paramedical, and any exams necessary for underwriting.


    • Manage digital presence: Website, Campaigns, and Client Experience.


    • Create and drive marketing events for top-tier clients.

    Client Service


    • Corresponding with clients to handle advisory-related service issues.


    • Providing services and administering advisory products.


    • Maintaining a daily tickler system for account follow-ups and service requirements


    • Running performance reports in Envestnet, Morningstar, and NMCIR.


    • Client onboarding for insurance and investments.


    • Handle case notes, process correspondence, and maintain client case files.


    • File new statements, account forms, and other insurance/investment-related materials


    • Contact and advise clients regarding late payments and other non-securities sales and service-related issues.


    • Consult with clients on the impact of changes to non-securities-related products.
