    POSITION OVERVIEW: Nashville Soccer Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals interested in event and facility management to join the operations team. This role involves supporting daily operations for all Geodis Park events on a flexible part-time basis, averaging 15-20 hours per week.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    - Assist in setting up and dismantling venues for Major League Soccer Events:
    - Ensure locker rooms and fields meet MLS standards.
    - Support visiting teams on game days.
    - Assist the referee crew throughout the game.
    - Coordinate with ball retrievers.
    - Stock event areas and set up signage.
    - Help with post-event laundry.
    - Support other major and private events as necessary.
    - Operate heavy machinery and manage inventory for logistics.
    - Collaborate with various departments for event preparation and execution.
    - Assist in equipment movement and storage.
    - Perform assigned duties as needed.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    - Available for Nashville SC home matches.
    • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Reliable, team-oriented, and service-minded.
    • Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
    • Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods.
    • Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions.
    • Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic.
      Ability to work autonomously or in a team setting.
      Preferred experience in sports, event planning, or team leadership.
      Professional interaction at all organizational levels.

      WORK ENVIRONMENT:
      - May have loud noise levels.
      - Exposure to various weather conditions.
      - Fast-paced environment with dynamic tasks.

      CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES:
      - Must have a valid driver's license.
      - Forklift certification is a plus.
