As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dedicated Operations Associate to join our dynamic team.


Job Description:


Responsibilities:

1.


Order Management:
Efficiently manage the end-to-end process of custom suit orders, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment.

2.


Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels of fabrics, materials, and accessories to ensure timely replenishment and availability for orders.

3.


Production Coordination:

Liaise with our manufacturing and tailoring partners to coordinate production schedules, quality control, and timely delivery of finished products.

4.


Customer Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on order status, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

5.


Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough quality inspections of finished products to uphold our standards of excellence and identify any issues for resolution.

Logistics Coordination:
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow from production to client delivery. Also managing orders and coordinating stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed.

Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.

8.


Data Analysis:
Analyze operational data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and support decision-making.

9.


Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design, to support business objectives and ensure alignment of operations with overall company goals.

10.


Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records, generate daily reports, and document procedures to support compliance and operational transparency.


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and production teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and experience with data entry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proactive problemsolver with a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay:
$48, $60,000.00 per year
