The Crown Is Yours:


As a Casino Operations Associate, you will enhance the iGaming experience for users of DraftKings and Golden Nugget Online Gaming (GNOG) online casino platforms.

In this position, you will monitor and refine the cross-brand player experience, ensuring both engagement and satisfaction.

Collaborating closely with the Customer Experience and Promotions teams, you will analyze player experience metrics and devise strategies to optimize service delivery.

You'll develop and implement testing plans for apps and promotions, crucial for advancing our learning agenda within the Player Experience teams.


What you'll do as a Casino Operations Associate:

  • Work in close partnership with internal teams to evaluate player experience metrics and develop strategies to best serve our customers.
  • Develop and implement testing plans for apps and promotions, crucial for advancing our learning agenda within the Player Experience teams.
  • Support the development of reporting metrics for product performance such as player engagement, customer satisfaction, app performance, and player journeys.
  • Monitor competitor performance on an ongoing basis to review and understand new promotions, games, and product features.
  • Create presentations and written materials and present to both technical and nontechnical audiences in an effective way, articulating ideas, and opinions clearly and efficiently.

What you'll bring:


  • At least 2 years of Analytics or Product Performance experience in a professional or academic setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Product, Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Wellorganized and strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
  • Proficiency in operating online gaming technology with the ability to follow established protocols and develop new protocols as required.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft products is required. Experience with Tableau is a plus.
  • Experience with inferential statistics and predictive modeling is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $56, $84,000.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
