Yale Conferences and Events, New Haven CT — Event Coordinator  5/2018 - 8/2018

• Facilitated the arrival and departure of groups staying on campus by performing all check in and check out procedures efficiently. 
• Performed housekeeping duties by turning over 100+ rooms every day with my team, making sure that guests returned to a clean, hospitable room. 
• Assisted programs with special events by setting up food and beverages and breaking down equipment and decorations, often staying the duration of the event to handle any and all issues that may arise.

Joyride Cycling Studio, Westport CT — Front Desk Associate  8/2016 - 5/2018

• First person of contact for new guests on the phone setting up their first rides, providing them help with their first experience at the studio by giving tours, bike setup and providing information about classes offered, prices, days, times and instructors.
• Support in planning and operations of special events that go on in the studio for employees and guests by making and sending invitations, connecting with food and drink vendors, setting up and breaking down all decorations.
