    Job Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Sales to lead our sales efforts in the United States. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.     *Base annual salary: $160,000

    *On-Target Earnings can vary

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the US market.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions to meet their objectives.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and industry verticals.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments, and leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
    • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in a B2B company (quota carrying)
    • SAAS Experience- Must, experience in HR-tech -strong advantage
    • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
    • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions between multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to identify relevant influencers and decision-makers in the companies and build strong personal relationships with them
    • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
    • Bachelor's degree in Business or other relevant fields

    The base salary range or On-Target Earnings represents the low and high end of the 's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of 's total compensation package for employees.
