- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions to meet their objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and industry verticals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments, and leverage this knowledge to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in a B2B company (quota carrying)
- SAAS Experience- Must, experience in HR-tech -strong advantage
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
- Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions between multiple stakeholders
- Ability to identify relevant influencers and decision-makers in the companies and build strong personal relationships with them
- Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
