Neota is a SaaS no-code automation platform that allows our customers to build and deploy bespoke automation solutions covering processes, expertise and documents, without knowing how to code.
We work in the insurance, legal, risk & compliance space, with top law firms, professional service firms, large corporations and insurance companies.
We are seeking an experienced solutions-focused sales professional who has a proven track record of success, is highly motivated, analytical, embraces technology and preferably has experience selling no code or low code platforms.
You would be reporting directly to our Chief Commercial Officer and working alongside our Marketing team, who support each other with content and guidance to help prospects understand the value that our no-code automation platform will deliver to their business.
You would be a key member of Neota's global sales team and be responsible for driving our sales to US based prospects.
The ability to consult and design sophisticated and complex use cases and to sell new ways of digitizing business will be critical to your success.
This role is hands on.You will need to not only sell our product, but learn how to use our tool and build solutions (no programming experience required but you will need to complete our introductory online Neota University courses to demonstrate building proficiency).Your role as a Sales Director with Neota Contribute to, and execute on business opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Execute a consultative sales process to help prospects understand the capabilities of the Neota Software platform and help them identify relevant use cases for their business.
Sell the software solution by developing relationships with prospects, researching and analysing sales options and recommending solutions. Build proof-of-concept applications and deliver workshops (where required). Run an engagement framework for agreed clients, including workshops, breakfast seminars and speaking engagements. Remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.RequirementsWhat are the key requirements? Minimum of 2-5 years of sales experience within a legal, insurance or consulting environment Proven success with corporate clients and or major law firms Ability to converse with C-suite stakeholders and or partners on the value of the Neota platform Customer facing experience, with a preference for Professional Services Consulting experience, with excellent written and oral communication skills Understanding of the marketing and lead generation process Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
JD or LLB would be helpful What other experience is desirable?Experience listed below, while not necessarily a requirement for this position, provide additional depth and value to this role:Certifications pertinent to project management Degree in Law or related field Miller Heiman or Similar Strategic Selling courses Exposure to front end, back end, or full stack web development Knowledge and experience in using Hubspot A love or music, chess, debating or STEM or all of these.
