    We are looking for an organized and resourceful individual to join our team. The perfect candidate will provide administrative support by reviewing and engaging on a wide variety of complex and confidential requests to the CEO, increasing his efficiency.ABOUTNox Solutions is an established software company that empowers entrepreneurs to turn their ideas into new businesses by providing capital and technology that enables them to get to market faster and better. Responsibilities
  • Interact with various government entities regarding permitting, certificates and licensure.
  • Perform research projects on various topics for the CEO
  • Complete a variety of special projects including creating financial spreadsheets, generating special reports, and performing online research.
  • Assist with various office documentation projects as needed.
  • Facilitate correspondence with vendors, on behalf of the CEO
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO
  • Assist with recruiting and interviewing.
  • Assist and support other departments as needed.
  • Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous administrative and management experience preferred.
  • Proven record of leadership, conflict resolution, and daily operations management.
  • Familiarity with Chat GPT is a plus.
  • Proficiency with email and messaging technologies is a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to provide professional references.
  • Compensation $22-$32/hr depending on experience
