Owner's Home and/or office minimum 3x a week, Ability to commute to San Fernando Valley with an available and flexible schedule.
Hi, I'm Jacqueline, I live with my husband and two children, ages 11 and 8, in Encino, California.I am a business owner who works from home and an office and I am looking for a helping hand with my day-to-day priorities with home and business responsibilities.
This person should have the ability to commute to San Fernando Valley during the day, be detail-oriented, transparent and honest, love helping and supporting, fast-paced, organized, and be proactive in knowing what anticipating needs, always asking "What can I do to make your day easier?" and following through.
Responsibilities:
- Help Jacqueline on a daily basis stay organized by creativity and anticipating her and her family's needs
- Help coordinate schedules and problemsolve for her busy family
- Run various errands such as picking up kids from school, getting groceries, or picking up lunch
- Coordinate household needs, including maintaining a wellstocked household inventory and pantry, performing light cleaning and pickup, and organizing tasks to ensure a comfortable living environment
- Assist in miscellaneous errands for events such as setting up and decorating, or hiring hair and makeup professionals
- Assist with pickup and dropoff tasks, groceries, such as drycleaning, packages
- Assist with researching and scheduling business and personal events, including consulting client meetings, school events, children's routine visits, and more
- Provide dog care including walking and attending to the dog's needs
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for business and personal, staying closely up to date with work schedules
- Keep Jacqueline on track with their calendar and appointments
- Proofing the calendar weekly (verifying appointments, verifying time, checking links, etc.)
- Schedule and reschedule meetings and appointments, keeping an uptodate system for personal appointment scheduling.
- Help with event planning as needed.
- Making purchases as needed.
- Assist in operating the camera for short video segments, such as reels and social media content, on an asneeded basis.
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

- You have accumulated 1 + years of experience in a personal assistant or similar role, showcasing your expertise.
- You are technologically proficient, with a strong command of G-Suite.
- Your interpersonal skills are exceptional, fostering effective communication and relationshipbuilding.
- You are an active listener and possess good communication skills, facilitating clear and efficient exchanges.
- You approach problemsolving proactively, taking the initiative to identify and implement solutions.
- You excel at multitasking, and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Your timemanagement skills are robust, enabling you to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- You are comfortable with a Dog-Friendly home
- Experience with Notion preferred but not required
- Experience with Asana preferred but not required
- Ability to travel with Jacqueline, as needed.
