Job Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide administrative support and assistance to an executive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Proofread documents and transcribe meeting minutes as needed
  • Perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations

Requirements:


  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Outlook Calendar or similar scheduling software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
  • Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
