Job Summary:
Duties:
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with answering phone calls and directing inquiries
- Support office management by organizing files and maintaining records
- Perform various administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate and assist in event planning activities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in office management software and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
