Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
  • Assist with answering phone calls and directing inquiries
  • Support office management by organizing files and maintaining records
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Coordinate and assist in event planning activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles
  • Proficiency in office management software and phone systems
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Must be able to type at least 40 WPM.


Pay:
$ $28.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
