Personal assistant for administrative support to CEO Nazar and wife.An assistant is dedicated to support the Chief Executive Officer.
Your responsibilities may encompass managing the CEO's schedule, arranging meetings, drafting correspondence, conducting research, and assisting with various administrative duties related to the CEO's role and Managers when CEO is traveling internationally.
Position involves providing administrative support, an personal and professional needs, which may necessitate addressing tasks at irregular hours due to time differences of CEO travel.
First 90 days are introductory; then may transition to employee status with benefits, W2,medical, dental, vision, paid time off, sick days, 401K retirement plan.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
