Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Assist with personal tasks including arrangements, event planning, and household management.
  • Provide administrative support such as organization, data entry, file management. _(Google Workspace skills are a PLUS.)_
  • Manage special projects and perform research as needed.

Requirements:


  • Reliable and ontime.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance and deamanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.

Commission and performance bonuses will be available.

  • The position is suitable for someone with a flexible schedule during the week, who doesn't need to currently rely on this position as their primary source of income but is open to a fulltime position in the future._
