DutiesServe as senior Program Manager and National Account Manager with responsibility for exercising management and operational control over the assigned programs/projects and initiatives.
Manage and monitor all aspects of complex Military Design and Construction programs.Review reports, analyze design and construction program data, conduct line item reviews to make recommendations, identify the source of and a resolution to problems relating to engineering, design and construction.
Provide technical advice to divisions and districts on reporting program execution metrics, and management of projects and programs.Manage projects and funds, spend plans and issues design and construction directives, submits and allocates military construction funds.
Provide authoritative interpretation of organizational policy for military construction programs, reviews program execution plans, military construcion reprogramming actions, and design and construction projects for cost and schedule reasonableness.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13 or above).
