Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Oversight: Manage comprehensive program performance, ensuring excellence in all dimensions, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects.

Complex Problem Solving: Utilize advanced analytical capabilities to address and solve multifaceted technical, administrative, and managerial challenges.

Stakeholder Management: The stakeholder manager acts as the primary liaison between the program team and corporate management, effectively communicating needs, progress, and potential future requirements.

Program Management Excellence: Manage all facets of program activity, from initiation to completion, ensuring goals are met or exceeded. This includes planning, execution, monitoring, and closing out of projects.

Future Planning Support: Proactively support corporate management in identifying future program requirements and opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Professional Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant experience in program or project management.

Preferred Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.

Skills and Abilities: Exceptional leadership skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
