    Discover your exciting roleWe are looking for the KEY senior hands-on Human Resourcesperson on our #1 high-tech semiconductor project in aprogressive multinational company You will be acting as THE HRface to the project employees and leadership.

    This job will beeverything but boring - you are looking at working withtalented multinational, easy-going experts and leaders in theengineering and construction business with action on both theproject site and in our brand-new office location.

    You will bejoining a project team with great interpersonal relationships,ready to integrate you as their HR peer in the project job.

    Youwill not be alone - there will be various HR teams from our USregional offices helping you in getting the job done.

    Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesYou will need to establish a good network, build trust andintegrate into the project, connecting with our people on thejob site and in the office.

    Understand the HR needs of the project and positionyourself as the first point of support for approximately 300 ofyour project colleagues on all HR matters:
    hiring and offerpackage clarification, onboarding, benefits, terminations,training, demobilization, employee conduct.

    Ensure you are following up and providing a timely andaccurate response or properly redirecting the inquiry, to helpthe employee resolve or address their need.

    You may serve as an HR SME (Subject Matter Expert) or as aSingle Point of Contact for a particular HR program, service,or system onsite.

    You will be responsible for new hire orientationfacilitation and coordination.
    Responsible for researching compliance and labor relationissues if they arise.

    Providing hand-on HR process and systems-related support toyour project colleaguesMaintaining accurate files and records in compliance withcompany, country, state, and local requirements.

    Facilitating a high level of communication within the teamand across HR.Other duties as required Show your expertisePlease make sure you are bringing the following in yourbackpack table before applying for the job.

    Minimum of 5 years HR experience in a fast-pacedenvironmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology,Communications, Business or related field or equivalentexperienceNatural talent in stakeholder management, buildingprofessional relationships and influencing stakeholders,demonstrated courage in the face of adversityComfort in navigating HR-supported systemsHR process mindsetBasic understanding and experience with US andinternational tax laws/regulations and tax equalizationHighly organized, meticulous about detail and accuracy, andget excited about process improvementService mentality and excellent customer service skillsAbility to explain complex concepts and ideas clearly andconciselyFlexibility and adaptability in a changing work environmentAbility to work well under pressure and effectively handlemultiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritizeresponsibilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPreferred: Work experience in a dynamic, medium-to-largecorporate environmentNon
