    Business Operations Specialist
    • Healthcare 1471_ _7 7441 at Symplr Software LLC in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Overview The Business Operations Specialist is responsible for the ongoing implementation of services and systems within our operating platform(s).
    They will ensure a stable and reliable service delivery for our customers and team members. They will function as the primary in-house interface for day-to-day and operational issues for the Business Operations team.

    Duties & Responsibilities Aid the team in providing a stable and reliable internal environment during the customer implementation process for all necessary functions required to ensure we represent the level of services requested at the beginning of our customer relationships and ongoing support as needed.

    Responsible for the creations of email categories and workflows within the departments shared email system for all new customers.

    Responsible the creations of any folders and or user accounts within the departments TEAMS sites for all staff and customers as needed.

    Aid the team in the daily preparedness and assignment of all received work orders/intakes. This will include but is not limited to Individual request, online or import request.

    Aid the team in the daily preparedness and creation of:
    Database Automation Systems
    • WebCrawler's & workflows Lookup tables
    • Hospital, Education, Training, License, ect Applications
    • Initial/Recred and Payor Reports Letters/Correspondence Monitor and maintain continuous communication with credentialing staff regarding new and existing providers credentialing process.
    Remain current in regulatory matters relevant to the credentialing processes and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and bylaws to ensure all systems meet these requirements Continue to expand working knowledge of all symplr Platforms to help insure cross functional delivery of services for our customers and team. Ensure ongoing measurement and auditing as appropriate Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned Skills Required Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills Great organizational skills Possess great written and verbal communication skills Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing insights Ability to work in a collaborative environment and work independently Proficient in latest versions of Microsoft products including Windows, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote Strong critical thinking mindset Effectively work at all multiple levels within a matrixed organization

    Associate's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience Experience in the healthcare industry required Knowledge of Excel, MS Teams, Outlook Min USD $18.00/Hr.
