    Position Overview


    As part of the team, you'll play a key role in providing workforce implementation support, system maintenance, and training for Veolia's various software systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, integration, and reporting of workforce and AMI software. Your role will involve enhancing workflows, configurations, data monitoring, and reporting.


    Primary Responsibilities


    • Configuring WorkForce to support end-users by providing training, reports, and system documentation
    • Delivering reports and training for the AMI system, resolving system errors, and tracking issues
    • Supporting the implementation of new technology systems and optimizing information management
    • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive training program for system users
    • Ensuring data quality and validation for operational technology systems
    • Driving operational excellence, process standardization, and metrics tracking

    Work Environment


    • Primarily indoor desk-based role with occasional field visits
    • Field visits may involve exposure to various weather conditions and terrain

    Qualifications


    • Associate degree in engineering, CS, GIS, or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in Work Management, AMI, SCADA, or GIS
    • Technical proficiency with CityWorks CMMS, automated meter reading systems, and smartphones

    Desired Skills


    • Effective communication across all levels of the organization
    • Change management expertise related to operational systems
    • Self-motivated with project management skills
    • Knowledge of asset management applications and emerging technologies

    Required Certifications


    • Valid driver's license
