September 2021 to June 2023

I worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner in the dairy industry, for a company that has been in existence since 1918. Darigold is owned by a co-op of 350 dairy farmers in the northwest United states. My job as Regional Talent Acquisition Partner was to find talent for seven of our 11 manufacturing plants, two warehouses, and to recruit all commercial truck drivers across the Darigold territory. Then positions I have recruited for have ranged from entry level production positions to senior-level executive management positions. I have sought and implemented additional platforms to find and attract candidates.  I have increased the rate of hire in my locations by over 40% in my tenure with Darigold, and reduced turnover by helping to ensure the best fitting candidates are hired for the positions. I hired over 400 employees during by time at Darigold.

 

Corporate Recruiter

Track Utilities LLC - Meridian, ID June 2020 to August 2021

Served as a Recruiter in the utility construction industry for a company with over 500 employees in four states, with 15 locations. I recruited for all 15 locations. My job was to ensure our company attracted, hired, and retained the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.  Responsible for attracting candidates using various sources including internet job boards, social media, and referrals from current employees. I posted jobs internally and externally using the applicant tracking system (ATS), LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and Facebook, and screened and interviewed candidates to determine if they should be forwarded to the hiring managers for interviews. I scheduled all interviews for managers across the company, and followed up with managers so that I could properly follow up with all candidates. I offered all desired candidates their positions and worked with them through the onboarding process. I hired over 250 employees during my tenure as Recruiter.

 

Human Resources Coordinator

Track Utilities, LLC- Meridian, ID

May 2019 to June 2020

Worked as a proactive member of the Human Resources team, responding to management and employee inquiries in regards to employee relations issues, benefits questions, and employee performance.  Managed all  DOT documentation for 400 employees, ensuring that all records were accurate and current.  Filed all employee documentation in employee files. Worked with other HR team members to onboard new employees in to the systems, responsible to ensure that employees that all new employee job codes and payroll information was input correctly. Conducted new hire orientation weekly for all new employees.

 

Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator

Kendall Auto Group - Nampa, ID May 2018 to December 2018

Recruited for five locations within the Kendall Auto Group, including three dealership locations, a call center, and a repair facility, with a total of approximately 325   employees. Duties and responsibilities included providing human resources leadership to all managers   and working with staff to ensure proper training is completed and to ensure that all managers are compliant with company policies and federal and local statutes in regards to employee relations issues. A majority of my time  was spent in the recruiting role. I used our automated applicant tracking system to source new applicants, review applicants for suitability for current and future job openings, conduct interviews, analyze applicant assessments to see is they are a good match for   positions they have applied for, conduct employment and criminal background checks, offer positions to applicants, set up pre-employment drug screenings, and conduct one-on-one new hire orientations with every new employee that was hired.
