As a former FINRA Series 7, 63 licensed Financial Advisor I have deep appreciation for and understanding of the underlying business needs when hiring FAs. In the past 7 years I have successfully filled over 100 FINRA Series 7, 66 or (63/65), LAH insurance licensed FA positions in New England, Ohio, Southern Michigan, Manhattan, upstate New York, greater Philadelphia, Pittsburgh. I have also filled approx. 10 supervisory Series 9/10 and 25 back-office FINRA licensed positions in compliance, trading and regional control.  
 
I have successfully leveraged my proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems platforms such as Taleo, iCIMS, Oracle ORC, sourcing tools such as Discovery Data as well as with social media sites such as LinkedIn/LI Recruiter with 12,000 1st degree connections to create a larger candidate pool of qualified candidates.

Most recent experience was being invited late 2023 by the Northeastern University ALPFA President to speak at career networking session on campus. The event was well attended and included a very professional detailed presentation by the NU ALPFA chapter leadership team with tips to be an effective networker and LinkedIn user.
