Liam Smith

I'm a recent graduate from Boise Codeworks. I had barley coded before taking the class. I found myself loving the learning process and feeling great about my achievements. I worked extremely hard during the course to learn and understand what I was being taught. Besides that I'm fun guy who get fulfillment from work and learning new things. I have heard great things about your company and how you cultivate growth in your employees. I would like a chance to be apart of your team!

I spent most of my adult life traveling and meeting people. I worked mostly customer service jobs so I am great with teammates and clients. I've been tech support for Verizon, cooked at two restaurants San Diego, was a tour-guide for the Norther Lights in Alaska, a builder in New Zealand, a bartender at a climbing gym in Boise, a machine operator making CNC drill bits with precession machines also in Boise and recently been I've been starting an LLC for web development. I've been looking for a steady career recently so I can settle down and raise my family. Tech has always been something that I've been looking into and the field I wish to put my time into.

I graduated Boise Codeworks in February of 2023. Before this class I had almost no experience in coding. I complete all the projects with 100% on the first grading. What this shows is my ability to learn fast and get the desired result. I had great teachers and friends at Codeworks but I always used all my knowledge and resources before asking for help.
