    The CVM Health IT Specialist will support and educate targeted health system accounts using approved resources related to EHR technologies.

    This position will be responsible for directly managing prioritized accounts within their regional geography.

    They will assist with the development of the strategy, messaging, tools, & resources that support health system organizations' population health goals.

    This position will work closely with the CVM Health System marketing team and CVM health system managers.


    Responsibilities:
    + Work with commercial account teams and other cross-functional partners to gather customer insights and assess opportunities + Confidently engages customers in a field facing capacity using appropriate methods (EHR workflow assessments) and CAC approved materials/messaging. + Deliver insights related to EHR objectives to key internal partners to help inform strategic decisions + Evolve future CVM Health IT strategy and executional plans aligned to overall medical and brand strategic plans + Provide feedback and support on targeting strategies, Key Performance Indicators + Allocates time and prioritizes accounts in accordance to list of accounts in territory. Demonstrates effective use of CRM tool to manage territory schedule and call documentation + Effectively assist through training and communication health system managers on EHR programs and resources and provide support to field staff to address questions + Completes all reports and written assignments in a timely, accurate and thorough man To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
