    Position: Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant (Global Law Firm)

    Location: San Francisco, CA

    Company: AM 100 Law Firm

    Comp Package: Base salary up to $100K, Paid Overtime, Yearly Bonus, Full Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, 401K+, etc.

    Responsibilities for Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant:

    • Serve as an ambassador for both the Firm and assigned attorneys in interactions with clients
    • Heavy calendaring in Outlook; manage contacts lists and send invitations
    • Act as a proactive gatekeeper of attorneys' calendar and time
    • Act as a liaison between attorneys and other departments throughout the Firm
    • Create, format, edit, and proofread documents in Word
    • Screen internal and external correspondence, emails, memos, and reports
    • Prepare and submit expense reports and reimbursements
    • Enter contacts, update information and create event lists and mailing lists
    • Conduct research as requested

    Qualifications for Corporate Legal Administrative Assistant:

    • 2+ years of related legal experience required
    • Bachelor's degree a plus
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
    • Exhibits a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, time entry software, Chrome River and travel services
    • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
