    Job Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports with precision and professionalism.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and place orders when necessary.
    • Support data entry, file management, and record-keeping for easy access to information.
    • Assist in special projects as assigned, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
    • Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents.
    • Collaborate with team members for smooth office operations.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Prior administrative experience in a corporate environment, especially in finance or investment.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
    • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
