Description
Your primary focus will be Billing, work order revisions/additions, maintaining and updating records, as wellas other daily office activities as they develop. Flexibility is key.
Responsibilities:
EXCEL REQUIRED
Billing
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Work order revisions/additions
Maintaining and updating records
Answer inbound telephone calls
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in accounting, office administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skillsEducation Requirement:
