Administrative Assistant - Boston, United States - Wolf & Company PC
Description
Role requires to be on-site in our Boston office minimum 4 days a week.Responsibilities:
- Word processing preparation of client deliverables for the audit & RMS departments
- Provide inperson support and backup for office operations as needed
- Carry out duties such as copying, printing, scanning, binding, etc.
- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Prepare and process engagement letters and other department deliverables
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments (create agendas, take accurate minutes, document action items, and follow through to resolution, etc.)
- Support in the execution of all audit events
- Review and prepare invoices to send to clients and resolve billing questions
- Perform data entry and analysis
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements
- Train new employees on various systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team
- Selfstarter and willing to take initiative
- Motivated by challenges
