Description
Baystate Financial is looking for an enthusiastic and talented professional to fill the full-time position of Administrative Assistant in our Boston, MA office.
Applicant must have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills, strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows), organizational and time management skills and attention to detail.
Must be willing to assume additional responsibilities, be a team player and can adapt and work efficiently within a variety of situations.
Principle responsibilities of Administrative Assistant:
- Provide administrative assistance as directed by Agency Management.
- Keep Partner's calendar.
- Assist with social media initiatives with LinkedIn.
- Oversee facility management projects.
- Set and confirm appointments, schedule and coordinate meetings. Manages conference rooms and provide meeting support services.
- Run administrative reports, prepare and distribute Firm communications.
- Assist with greeting visitors.
- Assist with reviewing correspondence for FINRA compliance, process incoming/outgoing correspondence.
- Assist maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
- Support Advisors with proper instruction on how to submit business to processing units.
- Manage office compliance responsibilities.

Pay:
$43, $45,000.00 per year
