    Success Manager - San Francisco, CA, United States - Anthropic

    Description

    As a Customer Success Manager, you will help the world's largest companies harness the transformative potential of LLMs to improve their products and services.

    You'll ensure that Anthropic delivers value to customers, finds additional opportunities within current accounts, and establishes lasting relationships with key decision makers.

    Partnering with the Anthropic Account Executives and Product Researchers team to onboard new customers, and retain and grow existing customers.

    Working with internal teams to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.
    Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews for strategic accounts, in partnership with Account Executives.
    Forecasting and mitigating risks related to customer renewals and retention.
    5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
    ~ Strong presentation and communication skills, especially when interacting with executives and leaders.
    ~ Optional equity donation matching at a 3:1 ratio, up to 50% of your equity grant.

    We do sponsor visas However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate; operations roles are especially difficult to support.

    We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science.

    We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest
