    Position Summary:
    We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at HeyGen.

    In this role, you'll be the face of HeyGen to our customers, ensuring they maximize the value from our platform.

    Your mission will be to foster lasting relationships, guide customers through their journey, and help them achieve their business goals with our cutting-edge technology.


    Core Responsibilities:
    Develop and nurture relationships with customers, understanding their needs and business objectives.
    Onboard new clients, providing training and guidance on how to effectively use the HeyGen platform.
    Monitor customer usage and engagement, identifying opportunities to increase value and prevent churn.
    Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
    Collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
    Develop success plans that outline customer goals and the steps needed to achieve them.
    Lead regular check-ins and business reviews with key accounts to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
    Create and maintain resources, such as guides and webinars, to support customer education and success.


    Requirements:
    ~3+ years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in a tech or video-focused company.
    ~ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
    ~ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
    ~ Proactive and customer-centric mindset.
    ~ Ability to translate technical details into benefits for the user.
    ~ Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success software.
    ~ Passion for technology and an understanding of AI and video creation tools.
