Entry Level Customer Success Manager Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the process of purchasing new products and services
  • Act as liaison for the client and the consumer with the goal of driving sales
  • Utilize a positive track record of multistate and international account management to maintain positive business relationships
  • Conduct ongoing territory research to maximize client revenue
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and in order to provide solutions, drive sales, and answer client inquiries
  • Attend meetings for ongoing Entry Level Customer Success Manager training and skill development
  • Communicate and implement new ideas with confidence by conducting market and brand research that is relative to the accounts assigned
  • Review strategies and track campaign progress to increase profitability and reach

Entry Level Customer Success Manager Requirements:

  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience within a customer service or relevant sales role
  • Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree, or some college courses completed
  • The ability to adapt to new environments and personalities
  • Friendly and professional demeanor when working with customers, management, and other Entry Level Customer Success Managers
  • A high degree of professionalism and reliability
  • Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to troubleshoot

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year


Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location:
In person
