- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets for designated trade professionals.
- Maintain an ongoing pipeline of business and relationships with key trade professionals in the assigned territory.
- Prospect new business opportunities with trade professionals and collaborate with other sales teams to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Attend trade shows, events, and meetings to build industry relationships and network.
- Stay up to date on industry trends.
- Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and site demonstrations.
- Reach out to client's leads through cold calling.
- Continuously maintain, organize, and update CRM.
- Ability to organize your workday and be proactive with time management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1+ years of sales experience; preferably in the A&D industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
