    Trade Account Executive

    Salary:

    Base + Commission

    Benefits:

    Purpose:

    Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with trade professionals such as architects, builders, and interior designers to drive sales growth. This is primarily a B2B sales position.

    General Description:

    • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets for designated trade professionals.
    • Maintain an ongoing pipeline of business and relationships with key trade professionals in the assigned territory.
    • Prospect new business opportunities with trade professionals and collaborate with other sales teams to drive revenue growth.
    • Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain excellent customer relationships.
    • Attend trade shows, events, and meetings to build industry relationships and network.
    • Stay up to date on industry trends.
    • Educate and engage clients with confidence through extensive product knowledge and site demonstrations.
    • Reach out to client's leads through cold calling.
    • Continuously maintain, organize, and update CRM.
    • Ability to organize your workday and be proactive with time management.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • 1+ years of sales experience; preferably in the A&D industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
