  • BlackRock Retirement Group (RG) Experience: 
  • Member of the Intelligence + Insights team within RG, managing reporting, business tracking and supporting sales in the Defined Contribution and Retirement Insurance space.
  • Prepare reporting packages and ad-hoc analyses for senior leadership; examples include our target-date fund performance against competitors in the industry, analysis of participant activity vs. new business within our target-date funds, a breakdown of the Variable Annuity space, quarterly and annual forecast for RG. 
  • Build out reporting dashboards with effective visuals in Tableau which strengthen RG’s coordination, execution, and accountability.
  • Compile, synthesize, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financing reporting for RG to senior leadership.
  • Created a key annual initiative that broke down which of the Fortune 100 companies were part of our client base, this report provides strategic support to BlackRock’s senior leaders in targeting prospective clients.
