    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    As a Semi-Senior in Client Accounting Services (CAS) at Anchin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting needs of our clients. This position requires a solid foundation in accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment. You will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and providing essential support to senior team members.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist in maintaining client financial records, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and organizing documentation.
    • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal policies.
    • Reconcile bank statements with accounting records, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
    • Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements, under the guidance of senior team members.
    • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather necessary information, address inquiries, and provide support as needed.
    • Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, and regulations in all financial activities, seeking guidance from senior team members as necessary.
    • Assist in implementing and improving accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • 1+ year of experience in accounting or financial services, with exposure to client accounting preferred.
    • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and procedures.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
    • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Yardi, , NetSuite, Expensify and other accounting software preferred.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively.

    Compensation:

    • Competitive annual salary in the range of $75,000 to $90,000 based on the individual's experience level.
