    Job Title: Account Director, Client Services (Adult Beverage Client)

    Description: Are you a collaborative self-starter eager to step into the role of agency lead for a global sports and entertainment marketing portfolio? Do you have a knack for attention to detail that ensures the successful execution of worldwide campaigns? Have you gained experience working on major events like the Olympics? We are in search of an Account Director to join our team and support AB InBev's global beer brands. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, focusing on relationship development with rights holders, client management, planning, ideation, and overseeing experiential programs.

    The Work You'll Do:

    • Leads and manages the client's major global sponsorships
    • Assists the client in crafting sponsorship strategies
    • Collaborates with internal groups to plan and develop client programs
    • Drives project management for integrated marketing campaigns
    • Develops strategic recommendations for sponsorship campaigns
    • Manages relationships with key sponsorship partners
    • Oversees sponsorship branding assets and integrations
    • Handles program budgeting and reporting
    • Supervises direct reports and supports career growth
    • Engages in domestic and international travel for client support

    Who We're Looking For:

    • Extensive experience in marketing partnerships/sponsorships
    • Strong project management skills
    • Minimum of 7 years in sports sponsorship or experiential marketing
    • Experience with global rights holders or campaigns
    • Confident in client presentations
    • Business-oriented with a focus on brand impact
    • Capable of developing strategic plans for multiple programs
    • Skilled in overseeing project executions
    • Highly motivated and a team leader
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Committed to talent development
    • Detail-oriented and hands-on

    Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $70,000 – 90,000.
