- Provide professional and empathetic IT support to Medical Field Sales Associates in the Americas
- Manage incidents through resolution and collaborate with different IT groups as needed
- Assist in resolving complex web, infrastructure, and applications incidents
- Monitor service level agreements and communicate effectively with IT teams
- Work with specialists to resolve intricate IT problems
- Foster positive relationships within the FITS+ team, global IT Associates, and Sales functions
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
- Experience with Apple iPhones and iPads
- Proficiency in ITIL Foundations V3/4
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 or higher
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues
- Serve as an escalation point for select IT incidents and service requests
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and travel up to 10%
- Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional
- Prior experience in iOS support and ServiceNow IT Services Management

Position Overview: Join our team as a Client Support Analyst within the Field Information Technology Services (FITS+) Team at Gore Medical. As an Associate in this role, you will provide advanced IT support services to Medical Field Sales Associates, ensuring efficient resolution of IT incidents and delivering top-notch IT support.
This role offers various work arrangements, including on-site at our facilities in the US East, hybrid, or fully remote options in most locations across the United States, based on role requirements and business needs.
