    About the team


    Retirement BPaaS offers services to Third Party Administrators in the United States to manage day-to-day recordkeeping operations and annual administration of Defined Contribution plans.

    These services are tailored to FIS Retirement clients through FIS Retirement Products.

    What you will be responsible for


    This Specialist role involves managing high complexity research, reporting, and special processing of retirement plan activities, including plan changes and modifications.

    You will also work closely with a team of less experienced plan administration staff on recordkeeping tasks as assigned.

    Key Responsibilities


    - Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements
    - Identify and address processing discrepancies to prevent future occurrences
    - Support knowledge transfer to associates through regular team meetings
    - Assist in new hire onboarding
    - Collaborate with internal FIS departments to resolve client issues


    Key Skills and Requirements:
    - 5-8 years of industry experience in US Retirement Domain
    - Proficiency in FIS OMNI & EXPAG applications
    - Strong understanding of financial services industry terminology, especially in Retirement (DB & DC) & Record-keeping
    - Experience in leading a team is essential
    - Ability to handle metrics, volumes, and SLAs effectively
    - Proficient in MS Office applications
    - Positive attitude and adaptability to change
    - Willingness to work in shifts

    Additional Desirable Skills:
    - Previous experience with FIS OMNI applications
    - Ability to provide constructive feedback to colleagues
    - Willingness to work flexible hours if required
    - Moderate understanding of OMNI and EXP AG applications
