Rosemarie Saccio

My name is RoseMarie and I reside in Brooklyn, New York. I am a Native New Yorker. In my professional career, I have a diverse background in Research / Sourcing. I have experience working with inhouse Executive Recruitment teams at NCR Corporation, working remotely for the Atlanta, GA Team. NCR is the world's leading enterprise Technology provider of software, hardware and services. While with NCR, I focused on Director level and above for Global Corporate and Technology roles. I have also worked at Genpact, a global professional services firm delivering digital transformation. I have most recently become a Lead Tech / Product Sourcer at companies such as Weight Watchers and The New York Times In my time at these companies, I was also given Executive Level roles to focus on, as it was known of my background in the executive space. I also worked for three years at The Hennessy Group - a Retained Executive Search firm focused on Pharma, Chemical and Industrial companies. I was their sole In-House Researcher. This was from 2002-2005, although not on my resume, as I've tried to only capture my last 10 years of working experience.

Since I have had the opportunity to see both sides, I find it is the Executive Search side of the business that my passion truly lives. I enjoy the specialization and white glove treatment when conducting these niche, specialized roles.
