    PeopleConnect is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our award-winning team to support our People Search division. This position reports to the Content Marketing Manager for PeopleConnect. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator who is ready to take the helm of our largest business unit to propel the success of our growing team. Sound interesting?     Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

    • Create engaging and compelling marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
    • Blog Posting: Write, edit, and publish articles on the company blog to position PeopleConnect as an industry thought leader.
    • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
    • Brand Voice Development: Establish and maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all digital platforms.
    • Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop, implement, and manage a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
    • Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to gauge the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
    • Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and encourage community interaction.
    • Perform SEO outreach activities for link building efforts
    • Perform daily sales reporting updates
    • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest content and social media best practices, trends, and technologies.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
    • Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing, search engine optimization, and related fields.
    • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
    • Familiarity with online marketing channels (e.g., PPC, affiliate marketing).
    • Experience with partner outreach is a plus.
    • Experience with basic SEO techniques and tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Salary Range:

    This is a non-exempt (hourly) position.

    Min: $31.97 per hour

    Mid: $35.14 per hour

    Max: $39.42 per hour

    The pay range reflects the salary amount the Company reasonably expects to pay for the position. It is not a guarantee of actual compensation or a specific payment amount to any candidate. The actual compensation will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, a particular candidate's experience and qualifications.
