As an Executive Assistant at Coach Joe, you will be integral to the success of our team, providing support to facilitate daily business operations.

You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional support to the team.


Compensation:

$27 - $30


Responsibilities:


  • Effectively manage and coordinate calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Assist in preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations.
  • Support the execution of various projects and initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of the company.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in administrative support and content development, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
