Heartbeat Music & Performing Arts Academy is seeking a dynamic and organized
Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Under the direction of the Marketing &
PR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing and public
skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for building brand awareness.


Responsibilities:


Content Creation:

  • Assist in the creation of compelling and engaging content for various
- marketing channels, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing materials
that align with brand guidelines

Social Media Management:

  • Support the planning and execution of social media strategies to enhance
- brand presence.

  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments
and messages in a timely and professional manner

Public Relations:

  • Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns to increase brand
- visibility.

  • Maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in the coordination of logistics for events, trade shows, and other
- marketing initiatives.

  • Provide onsite support during events to ensure smooth execution

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new
- opportunities.

  • Summarize findings to contribute to strategic decisionmaking

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for various
- marketing campaigns.

  • Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies
and make recommendations for improvement

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling
- meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing of bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledgeable of marketing or PR, either through internships or entrylevel
- positions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a / plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with
students, parents, and staff.
County occasionally.required prior to the start of employment.

  • Able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.
5:00 p.m.

  • Must have independent transportation to travel events to our sites in Riverside
  • Physical clearance (Physical and TB Screening) and Background Clearance are

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$24.00 per hour
